One lone problem is that the output seems to be chopped
of at the top (the top of the text is too close to the top
of the page (looks like 1/4").
PK files have nothing to do with this problem.
The way to fix it is to change the second value in the O line in the
config file. I use the testpage.tex latex file which shows the 1"
margins that should be the default. (Almost the only thing I use latex
for :-) On every printer I've worked with, however, the output of the
same file varies from print run to print run (probably because of
physical actions grabbing/moving the paper in the printer), and so my
final value is an average.
